EastAurora.Org is one of the most visited sites in
all of the Southtowns of Western New York. We
went live on September 23, 2004 and our readership
has increased steadily ever since. With visits now approaching 40,000 visits per month as well as an
even larger email membership base we can effectively

1. Online advertisements are accepted upon the
representation that the advertiser and its agency
have the right to publish and display the contents
thereof. In consideration of such online publication
and display, advertiser and its agency agree to
indemnify and hold EastAurora.Org harmless against
any expense or loss by reason of any claims arising
out of online publication and display. 2.
Positioning of advertisements is determined on a
first come first serve basis. Although
EastAurora.Org is currently implementing random
generation of ad spaces to ensure equal visibility
at the time of publication, ads are currently on
first come first serve.
3. EastAurora.Org may use prior ad material if
new material is not received on time.
4. Cancellations or changes in orders must be
made in writing. (PO Box 450 East Aurora, NY
14052) Refunds will be pro-rated for the month and
$50 cancellation fee will apply (taken from the
refund).
5. Rates are subject to change without notice. If
and when rates change, customers current charges
will not be affected, only upon renewal.
6. All content from advertisements are subject to
EastAurora.Org’s approval. EastAurora.Org reserves
the right to reject or cancel any advertisement,
insertion order, space reservation, or position
commitment at any time.
7. EastAurora.Org shall not be liable for any
costs or damages if for any reason it fails to
electronically publish or display an advertisement.
In no event shall EastAurora.Org be liable for any
damages, consequential or otherwise, in excess of
the amount paid for the advertisement, as a result
of any mistake in the advertisement, omission from
or error in any index, or for any other reason.
8. EastAurora.Org is not liable for delays in
publication or non-publication in the event of an
Act-of-God, action by any government or
quasi-government entity, fire, flood, earthquake,
insurrection, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes
whether legal or illegal, labor or material
shortage, transportation interruption of any kind,
work slow-down or any condition beyond the control
of EastAurora.Org affecting production or delivery
in any manner.
9. EastAurora.Org reserves the right to cancel
your ad with a pro rated refund at any time.
